My Personal Chef Service will prepare delicious, healthy, mouth-watering meals customized to your personal tastes and dietary preferences. My Personal Chef Service makes mealtime a pleasure for all, providing menu preparation, shopping, cooking and most importantly, cleaning! This leaves you with a spotless kitchen, delightful aromas, and appetizing meals to be eaten at your leisure. Once you have approved your menu, we will schedule a day to cook in your home. We arrive with all of the pots, pans and utensils needed to cook your meals. We cook the food in your home, package and refrigerate the food, and clean the kitchen so you can enjoy more free time and fabulous food.

We can cook not only to your tastes, but also according to your dietary requirements. So, if you need a low fat meal or you don’t eat red meat, don’t worry: you can try the lime and cilantro marinated shrimp, or the cheese stuffed shells with sun-dried tomato and basil cream sauce. If neither of these entrees appeal to you, there are many more to try. In fact, over 300 entrees are available, which means you won’t see the same meal twice in a six month period unless you request a repeat of favorites.

 


Chef Kathy has been cooking in Reno/Sparks for 20 plus years. She is an undergrad from the Culinary Business Academy and is a Member of the USPCA. Her culinary abilities are extraordinary and you will not be disappointed with her services. She is dedicated to pleasing you and is anxious to help busy families and individuals.

 


On your scheduled cooking day, we will shop for the groceries needed for the meals on your menu. We will select the freshest vegetables available for your meals, and will emphasize cooking with produce in season. We will choose the freshest fish available for your meals. All of the fish will be purchased the day we cook for you to ensure the highest standards and best quality. No frozen fish here! The meats we buy are of the finest quality available and are purchased the day we cook for you. We offer beef, veal, lamb, pork, turkey, and chicken entrees. The herbs used in your meals are fresh and harvested that day if possible. If the herb is not in season, we will purchase dried herbs.
