Kathy Singelton's "Personal Chef Service" includes the preparation of several customized meals in your home on the Cook Day you agree upon. These meals can be refrigerated or frozen and are accompanied by client heating instructions and complete nutritional information. For those people who are too busy to cook, or simply don't like to cook, this is a wonderful alternative to unhealthy takeout!
